​The circus arts school aims to regenerate the area, refurbishing an existing esplanade with an old circus. The building consists of two main elements, topography and structure.

The main difficulty is the resolution of the different scales of the program. The building is solved with a large concrete structure, which rests on the ground, creating a cantilever, under it, all the activities are developed, achieving an inside - outside continuity.
