Urban planning in Donapea

Pamplona (Spain) 

The project is organized around a central green area that runs along the river and wich is overlooked the buildings.

The appartament towers are situated above an open-plan commercial floor and rise up to 20 stories, leaving large empty spaces on the ground floor where the pedestrians have priority over vehicles. The access for traffic is arranged in the periphery.

Neighborhood Entremutilvas

Pamplona (Spain) 

The project aims to construct a residential neighbourhood in a former industrial estate. The different demands of the residents, roads, walks, parks, equipment, are taken into account when designing the new town plan.

The project tries to unite the various parks. A boulevard that runs through the area operates as the axis around which the project revolves.This plan has different sections, allowing for walks or shopping. A reduction in the height of the buildings is proposed.

New tram

Pamplona (Spain) 

Plan for a new tram line in Pamplona as an alternative means of transport which would reduce traffic congestion.

The solution is to integrate the tram lines into the existing traffic system. The tram stops remain in the middle of the road and can be used for both directions.

In addition, each stop is intended to serve tram lines and bus lines as well as taxi and bicycle loaning point.

Berrioplano, new village

Navarra (Spain) 

The project tries to expand an ancient village in Navarra, on the western slope of Mount San Cristobal. The  main use is for private residence.

The project begins by taking the old village plan account and opening the new building progressively towards the mountain. The projects seeks to reduce the height of the building as it nears the mountain slope. The first buildings are groundfloor +5 and the last are single floor flats.
