The project plans to provide quality housing in a reduced surface area in the suburbs og Guatemala city. The low budget, climate conditions and the concrete block material used for both structures and enclosure, are the defining points of this project.

As a result, there is a common space within the tower, the houses are divided into two modules, and each module is on a different level in order to accomodate the slope.
