Pamplona´s urban development has generated a vacant site in the center of the city. The intention of the project is to create new areas for housing and equip this with public spaces.
The building is complex: luxury apartments, a hotel, gym, spa, shops, media library, gastronomy school,museum and four floors of parking.

The project is resolved by increasing height, thereby creating a new landmark in the city as well as releasing the ground floor and giving the space to the city. The different volumes are unified by the use of a very light roof.
